From CFNews: The Catholic Church announced yesterdar that it is to stop training priests in Scotland. A statement from the Scottish RC bishops' conference said seminary education would be concentrated at the Scots College Rome from the next academic year. It means the closure of Scotus College in Glasgow, where there are currently nine students. The bishops said the focus on Rome would mean benefiting from the 'spiritual, cultural and academic opportunities' at the heart of the Church.
