Hybrids bill: will allow hybrids to be born

Briefing: so much for the claim that they would all be destroyed at an early stage: which, for some reason, was supposed to reconcile Catholics to this bill.

From SPUC: The HFE bill would allow cloned humans to be born, according to several
academics. A letter to a newspaper points out that the bill repeals the 2001 Human Reproductive Cloning Act.
